Ms. Arce practices exclusively in the area of Family Law. Family Law encompasses many different aspects of everyday domestic relationships.
Ms. Arce has experience with contested and uncontested divorces, child support establishment or modification, establishment of visitation or modification, establishment of custody or modification, alimony and spousal support issues, antenuptial agreements, Legitimation actions, and adoption.
Ms. Arce is also trained in the area of Collaborative Law, now being more commonly utilized in divorce and modification actions.
Ms. Shaw practices in the areas of real estate and construction litigation, commercial litigation and general civil litigation.
Ms. Shaw’s practice of Construction and Real Estate litigation includes the representation of homeowners in suits against sellers of property, builders, general contractors and renovators in matters including non-disclosure of material defects, negligent construction, breach of warranty and breach of contract. Her practice in these areas also involves representing builders and contractors, as well as real estate investors, in matters against homeowners and property owners, in various legal disputes.
Her practice of Commercial Litigation involves the representation of small to medium sized businesses in various disputes which may involve breach of contract, breach of warranties, fraud, civil conspiracy and various other equitable claims.” She has also represented business owners in various employee related disputes and various collection matters.
Ms. Shaw has also maintained a successful Civil Litigation practice representing individuals in a variety of personal injury and property damage related matters.
